Meet Julie Elizabeth!
Julie Elizabeth
Julie is a passionate lover of life with an inquisitive mind, wild heart, and adventurous spirit. Leading with courage, she embraces the messy and mistake-making side of life, loving fiercely, and taking risks toward her dreams. Julie has gained wisdom through her own journey of healing through trauma and understands first-hand the healing power of authentic relationships. She applies these principles in her work as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist as well as an embodiment and sensuality coach. She offers groups, retreats, courses, and 1:1 support to help people develop healthy relationships- including with themselves, their sexuality, and their spirituality. When she is not working, she can often be found dancing, singing or listening to music, writing, feeding her love affair with nature, or planning her next travel adventure.
